About Our Founder
Sara Abalkhail is an Architect with a vision for redefining spatial experiences. Her
design philosophy is rooted in deconstrcution, innovation and art. Drawing inspiration
from systems, movement and perception, she thrives on exploring how spaces can
adapt, interact and evolve; always challenging conventional boundaries.
Beyond Architecture, she finds inspiration in art, culture and everyday interactions;
believing that the best designs come from a deep connection to people and their
experiences.
Sara received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Wisconsin,
Milwaukee with an Urban Planning minor and her Masters of Architecture from
Southern California Institute of Architecture, Los Angeles, California
Currently, Sara is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Saudi Council of
Engineers and a Visionary Architect. Her work focuses on the relationship between art
and architecture through innovation and minimalism. Sara’s previous experience
consists of working in Architectural consultancies located in Los Angeles, California,
Kuwait and Riyadh. With projects located in California, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United
Arab Emirates and Qatar
Sara has completed multiple design projects ranging from installations, high-end
residential, to commercial and hospitality projects
Sara believes that the relationship between the client and the Architect is the key
success to any design; design is an intricate process that should reflect both aesthetics
and function.
Through SARAB, she continues to push the limits of architectural storytelling, crafting
spaces that inspire, engage and transform. Her ultimate belief is that spaces should have
a sense of feeling becoming almost tangible.
