The vision was to create a private community that feels tranquil, ethereal, luxurious and deeply humane — a sequence of experiences that unfolds through minimalism and considered pause.
A contemporary, minimal yet bold language carries a single signature gesture across the houses. The massing reflects a fluidity between nature and the man-made, mimicking a crack across the ground that opens to reveal green space.
