The inspiration is drawn from the brand's core values — a celebration of shawarma as a universal language. Shawarma is inherently built on layers: meat, sauces, vegetables — wrapped together into an experience that is familiar yet deeply customizable. That layered logic becomes the foundation for a spatial narrative.

The architecture reinterprets these layers into a physical threshold, transitioning from exterior to interior through a folded surface. The entry becomes a moment of amplified invitation — solid versus void, marked by branding colours and materials that reflect the brand's vibrant character.

Inside, layering continues: dining, prep, ordering and circulation are organized through spatial layers, while materials shift subtly to guide movement. Branding is integrated not as signage but as part of the architectural language itself.
